Tribute amplification creates a line of road-worthy boutique amplifiers for the player, stage and studio performances. The company produces tube amps that are hand-made, point-to-point wired using custom transformers for an incomparable sound quality. Tribute amps founder Scott White started as a trained Luthier at Gibson in the late ’70s and has built guitars for Alex Lifeson of Rush, Bob Segar and many others. A quest for the perfect tone led White to focus on creating vintage amplifiers that pay ‘tribute’ to the tube amps of the ’50s and ’60s. The result is a line of amps with incredible tone, touch sensitivity, sweet tube distortion and shimmering highs. We worked to develop an identity that would capture the true embodiment of this high-performance, retro-style amp that can be appreciated by today’s audiophile.
